Naming your Templar
The Templar is Aion 2's dedicated tank: armored, shield in hand, built for damage mitigation and keeping enemies' attention on themselves. Templar names traditionally sound knightly and dependable. Think of a holy order, a sworn guardian or the last wall before the healer.
The generator mixes Templar-flavored roots such as Aeg-, Val-, Ald- and Ser- with endings like -ric, -ard and -ius, which gives names like Aldric, Valerius or Serion. The Epic compound tone builds shield-themed names: Dawnward, Silveroath and Grimbastion.
Quick tips
- Names ending in -ric, -ard and -ius carry a classic paladin and knight feel.
- For Asmodian Templars, pair dark words with protective ones: Duskguard, Ashwall.
- A calm, readable name is easy for your party to call out during a pull.
